Job Description

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager / Project Coordinator with a passion for digital creativity and client success. This dual-role position is pivotal in developing long-term relationships with our key clients and overseeing the execution of complex digital projects. You will manage client portfolios, ensuring their strategic goals are met through exceptional web design and digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management
    • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key business stakeholders.
    • Understand client objectives and align our digital solutions to their business goals.
    • Negotiate upsells and make recommendations to meet and exceed client expectations that align with our delivery capabilities.
    • Track and analyze account performance to develop effective digital strategies.
    • Deliver comprehensive reports and insights on account status and growth opportunities.
  • Project Coordination
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of website design and digital marketing projects.
    • Collaborate with designers, developers, and digital marketers to ensure project requirements are met.
    • Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope to ensure timely and successful delivery.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and project teams, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Facilitate the transition of completed projects to ongoing support and ensure continued client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of digital project management or account management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Team-player mindset with a positive attitude, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
  • Intermediate understanding of website design, SEO, PPC, social media, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager (preferred)
  • Familiarity with project management software (ClickUp), WordPress and other CMS platforms (preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
