Job Description
We’re searching for a passionate SEO Specialist to drive organic growth for our clients and contribute to our mission of providing top-tier digital services. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate within our multi-disciplinary teams. This is an entry-level position. We will train you!
Responsibilities
- Drive organic traffic growth for our clients through keyword research, competition analysis, content optimization, link building, and other cutting-edge SEO strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on traffic, rankings, trends, and conversions with an ROI-focused mindset.
- Engage with clients to provide insights, updates, and recommendations through regular monthly reports and communications.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Web Design, PPC, and Social Media, to ensure cohesive and effective digital strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, constantly testing and implementing new SEO techniques and best practices.
- Resolve technical SEO issues, leveraging various tools and platforms to optimize website performance.
- Provide insights and feedback for continuous improvement in our processes and service offerings.
- Maintain project reports and spreadsheets and meet contractual deliverables for Elevated’s clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Team-player mindset with a positive attitude, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager (preferred)
- Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms (preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.

Salary: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year (based on experience)
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
Doylestown, PA 18901: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: Doylestown, PA 18901 (Hybrid may be available after six months).
