8 Best Home Services Marketing Agencies in 2026

The best home services marketing agency is the one that can prove which leads turned into booked jobs, in your trade, at a price and contract you can live with.
We wrote this list, and we put ourselves first. You should know that up front.
So we did two things to make it useful anyway. We judged every agency on the same five criteria. And we described each one using only what it publishes about itself, so you can check every line.
Use this list to build a short list of two or three, then make each one prove it on a call.
The Short Version: All 8 Agencies Compared
| Agency | Best for | Starting price | Contract |
|---|---|---|---|
| Elevated Audience | HVAC, plumbing and electrical owners who want revenue proof | $2,495/mo | Month to month |
| Rival Digital | Multi-trade, broad channel mix | Custom quote | Ask on the call |
| Relentless Digital | A team with HVAC operating roots | Custom quote | Ask on the call |
| Plumbing & HVAC SEO | A single-trade specialist with a long track record | Custom quote | Ask on the call |
| Clicks Geek | Paid search (PPC) | Custom quote | Flexible agreements |
| Hook Agency | Roofing, and $3M to $15M companies | $2,000/mo (PPC) | Yearly |
| KickCharge Creative | Rebrands and truck wraps | Custom quote | Ask on the call |
| Valve+Meter | Multi-location, digital plus traditional media | Custom quote | Ask on the call |
Prices and terms come from each agency’s own website as of October 2026. Where ads are involved, ad spend is a separate budget.
How We Judged Each Agency
We used five criteria, and we weighted the last one most.
- Trade focus. Does the agency work only in home services, or does your trade share a team with dentists and law firms?
- Pricing transparency. Can you see a starting price before you get on a sales call?
- Contract terms. Can you leave if it stops working, or are you locked in for a year?
- Risk reversal. Does the agency put anything in writing if results do not show up?
- Revenue reporting. Can the agency tie a lead to a booked job and a closed invoice in your CRM?
That last one matters most because it is the only way to know if your marketing works.
Leads and calls are signals. Rankings and traffic are diagnostics. Closed revenue is the scoreboard.
1. Elevated Audience
Best for: HVAC, plumbing and electrical owners at $1M or more in revenue who want every dollar traced to a closed job.
Elevated Audience is a founder-led agency in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, that works only with home service contractors. Jared Tangir founded it in 2020. Our Elevation Programs started under our trade brand, Elevated HVAC Marketing, which is now part of Elevated Audience.

What We Do
We run the full growth stack for the trades:
- SEO and Google Business Profile
- Google Ads and Local Services Ads
- Websites built to book jobs
- AI search optimization for ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI results
We build programs by trade, with dedicated pages for HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors.
How We Prove Results
Every client gets two AI platforms built for our clients only.
- Inbound Intel AI, built on CallRail, analyzes every inbound call, form and Local Services Ad lead. It scores lead quality, grades your CSRs, flags objections and records the booking outcome. Then it ties results to closed revenue in your CRM.
- Instant Estimator AI gives your website visitors instant pricing. After installation, Instant Estimator AI lifted conversion rates 40% to 60%.
So your report shows whether marketing failed or the front desk lost the call. Those are different problems with different fixes.

Inbound Intel AI, source revenue attribution view, from an example account.
Here is what that looks like in practice. Fuller Services is an HVAC, plumbing and electrical company in Alabama. We tracked $4.41M in closed sales on $163k in ad spend over 10 months (November 2025 to August 2026), a 27x return on ad spend. Closed sales are ServiceTitan job value matched to the originating lead. See the full story in our case studies.
Pricing and Contract
$2,495 per month, to start. No setup fee. No contract: every program is month to month. Ad spend is separate and stays in your own Google and Meta accounts.
You own everything: your website, analytics, Search Console, ad accounts, call data, and every asset we produce.
The Guarantee
Qualified leads within 60 days or your next month is free.
On our Grow and Scale programs, we will not take a competing contractor in your primary zip code for as long as you are with us.

- Google Partner
- Host of Elevated Trade Secrets, a podcast for home service owners
“I just wanted to say that this has been the best experience AND results that I’ve experienced with any digital marketing company that I’ve dealt with (6-7 over the last 10 years)! We’ve landed 2 big jobs totaling $17500 and 3-4 good service jobs from your teams efforts. I know at least one of those big jobs came directly from a Google ad (I could see the call tracking number in Housecall pro). That might be a first!”
Caleb Ormonde, Owner, Non-Stop Air Conditioning, Cape Coral, FL
Watch Out For
We are not the right fit for everyone. If your team does not answer the phone or call people back, no agency can fix that, and we will tell you so. We also focus on HVAC, plumbing and electrical, so roofers and garage door companies are better served elsewhere on this list.
2. Rival Digital
Best for: Multi-trade home service companies that want one agency across a wide channel mix.
Rival Digital says it is “built specifically for the home services industry.” Its founder, Eric Thomas, wrote The HOME Advantage, a playbook for home service owners.

What They Do
Rival lists HVAC, plumbing, electrical and garage doors as core industries. It also lists roofing, pest control, irrigation and restoration.
Its service menu is one of the widest on this list:
- Website design, organic SEO and local SEO
- LSA management and pay per click
- AI search optimization and ChatGPT advertising
- Digital PR, social media and email marketing
Pricing and Contract
Rival quotes each engagement. Ask for the monthly fee, the minimum term and who owns the ad accounts before you sign.
Watch Out For
A wide channel menu is only an advantage if your budget can fund it. Ask which two or three channels Rival would start you on, and why.
3. Relentless Digital
Best for: Owners who want an agency whose leadership came up inside an HVAC company.
Relentless Digital is led by CEO Joshua Crouch, who spent more than nine years in the HVAC industry before running the agency. A May 2026 company press release says it serves more than 150 contractors across North America.

What They Do
Relentless lists six industries it serves, from HVAC and plumbing to pest control and septic. Its services include:
- SEO and website design
- Google Business Profile management and LSA management
- Email marketing and reputation management
- Bullseye Pro, its own all-in-one marketing and sales platform
It lists integrations or partnerships with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and Contractor Commerce, among others.
Recognition
Relentless displays a Google Partner badge, Inc. 5000 recognition, Inc. Vet100 2026 and an Inc. Best Workplaces award.
Pricing and Contract
Relentless quotes each engagement. Its site references a Client Asset Retention Policy, so ask for that policy in writing.
Watch Out For
Ask how Bullseye Pro reports results. You want to see leads matched to closed jobs in your CRM, not only calls and form fills.
4. Plumbing & HVAC SEO
Best for: Plumbing, HVAC and electrical companies that want a single-trade specialist with a long track record.
Plumbing & HVAC SEO, a Clic Inc. company in Doral, Florida, was founded in 2011 by Josh Nelson and Dean Iodice. Its site sums up the focus: “One industry, and nothing else.”

What They Do
The agency serves plumbing, HVAC and electrical contractors only. Its services include:
- SEO, with dedicated HVAC and electrician programs
- Paid search and Google Local Services Ads
- Web design, social media and reputation management
- AI search optimization
- Marketing for franchises and private equity groups
Proof They Publish
The agency says it has served 600+ contractors and reports 96%+ average monthly client retention. Its partner logos include Google Premier Partner, Nexstar and Service Roundtable.
Pricing and Contract
Plumbing & HVAC SEO quotes each engagement. In place of a guarantee, it offers a “Sales Growth Commitment”: a monthly review of leads, visibility and revenue, with a promise to “adjust, refine, and realign” if results lag.
Watch Out For
A long client roster is a strength. Ask how many clients each account manager carries, and who will actually work on your account.
5. Clicks Geek
Best for: Paid search (PPC) for local service businesses.
Clicks Geek is a Pennsylvania agency founded in 2015 by Ed Stapleton. It is a Google Premier Partner, which it describes as “Google’s highest performance tier.”

What They Do
Clicks Geek offers Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and web design. Paid search is the center of the pitch: “Marketing that actually books jobs.”
It works across what it calls “298 local service industries,” including plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers and electricians.
Pricing and Contract
Clicks Geek quotes each engagement. It offers “flexible agreements” with no long-term lock-in, and says clients keep ownership of their ad accounts and data.
It says campaigns go live within 7 days.
Watch Out For
Home services is one of many verticals here. If you hire Clicks Geek for PPC, ask how many HVAC or plumbing accounts your account manager runs today, and how they handle seasonal budget swings.
6. Hook Agency
Best for: Roofing companies, and home service companies doing $3M to $15M in revenue.
Hook Agency is a Minneapolis agency founded by Tim Brown. It says it has served 200+ contractors over 10 years in home services.

What They Do
Hook serves roofing, HVAC and plumbing companies, among others. Its services include:
- Local SEO, Google Maps SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO)
- Google Ads, Local Services Ads and Meta Ads
- Standard or custom websites
- Google Business Profile management and videography
Hook says videography comes at no extra cost, and you own all the footage.
Pricing and Contract
Hook publishes starting prices, which is rare in this industry:
| Service | Starting price |
|---|---|
| Local SEO | $2,800/mo |
| AEO | $4,000/mo, or $2,000/mo added to SEO |
| Pay per click | $2,000/mo |
| Meta Ads | $3,000/mo |
| Standard website | $1,000/mo for 12 months |
| Custom website | $2,000/mo for 12 months |
Hook requires a yearly commitment. Its FAQ calls marketing “a marathon, not a sprint.”
Watch Out For
Hook says it does not serve early-stage companies. Stack SEO, ads and a website, and the monthly total climbs fast, so price the full package before you compare.
7. KickCharge Creative
Best for: Home service companies that need a rebrand: logo, name, truck wraps and the website to match.
KickCharge Creative is based in Washington, New Jersey. It says it has “created more home service brands than anyone in the world,” and it reports a 4.9 Google rating from 351 reviews and displays an Inc. 5000 badge.

What They Do
KickCharge is a branding studio first:
- Logos, naming and taglines
- Truck and wall wraps, uniforms and signage
- Websites
- SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing
It is a ServiceTitan certified provider and publishes the book Branded Not Blanded.
Pricing and Contract
KickCharge quotes each project. Ask for separate quotes on the brand work and the ongoing marketing, so you can compare each one fairly.
Watch Out For
A rebrand is a project with a long runway, not a lead engine. If you need calls this month, pair brand work with a lead generation program, or sequence the two.
8. Valve+Meter Performance Marketing
Best for: Larger and multi-location home service companies that want digital and traditional media from one partner.
Valve+Meter works only in home services. Its approach is “Math Before Marketing,” and it says it tracks every lead to its source.

What They Do
Valve+Meter offers the widest media mix on this list. Beyond SEO, websites and Google Ads, it lists:
- Local Services Ads, paid social and Yelp Ads
- Geofencing, OTT streaming TV and programmatic display
- Direct mail and vehicle wraps
- Branding with StoryBrand, video production and content
It also lists services for private equity groups and multi-location companies.
Proof They Publish
Valve+Meter publishes named client results. One example: Apollo Home reported an 85.2% increase in PPC conversion rate.
Pricing and Contract
Valve+Meter does not offer “one-size-fits-all packages.” It starts with a free marketing assessment.
Watch Out For
Traditional media like OTT and direct mail is harder to attribute than a phone call from a search ad. Ask how Valve+Meter connects those channels to closed revenue.
What to Look for in a Home Services Marketing Agency
Look for an agency that knows your trade, shows you a price, lets you leave, and ties leads to closed jobs.

Trade Focus
An agency that works only in home services already knows your busy season, your ticket sizes and your CSR problems. A generalist learns those on your budget.
You Own Your Accounts
Your website, Google Ads account, Google Business Profile and call data should be in your name.
If an agency runs ads in its own account, you lose your history when you leave. Ask before you sign.
Reporting That Reaches Your CRM
Ask every agency on your short list one question. “Show me how you match a lead to a closed invoice in my CRM.”
If the answer is a dashboard of calls and clicks, keep looking.
A Contract You Can Leave
A yearly contract protects the agency. Month to month means the agency has to earn your business every month.
The Front Desk Question
Great marketing cannot save missed calls. The right agency will tell you when the leak is at the front desk, not in the ads.
Agencies vs Lead Marketplaces
Many owners are not choosing between agencies. They are choosing between an agency and Angi, Thumbtack or HomeAdvisor.
Lead marketplaces sell you shared leads. You pay per lead, and you compete with other contractors for the same homeowner.
An agency builds assets you own: your rankings, your Google Business Profile, your website and your ad accounts. That is the difference between renting customers and owning the way they find you.
Who This List Is Not For
This list is built for established HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing companies that are ready to invest in growth.
If you are a startup with no marketing budget yet, start by setting up your Google Business Profile and asking every happy customer for a review. Come back to this list when you are ready to spend on growth.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a home services marketing agency cost?
It depends on the channels you need, and most agencies quote each engagement. Among the agencies on this list that publish prices, Hook Agency starts at $2,000/mo for PPC and $2,800/mo for local SEO. Elevated Audience starts at $2,495 per month, with no setup fee and no contract.
Ad spend is a separate budget, paid to Google or Meta.
Should I sign a long-term contract with a marketing agency?
You do not have to. Some agencies on this list require a yearly commitment, and others work month to month. An agency without a contract has to keep earning your business, which keeps both sides honest.
Should I start with SEO or Google Ads?
Most home service companies need both, for different reasons. SEO is like buying land: it takes time to build, and you keep it. Google Ads is like renting: it brings calls fast, but the calls stop the day the budget stops.
How long does it take a marketing agency to get results?
Paid channels like Google Ads and Local Services Ads can produce calls within weeks. SEO takes longer, and any agency that guarantees rankings or a page one timeline is promising something it cannot control.
At Elevated Audience, the guarantee is about leads: qualified leads within 60 days or your next month is free.
What is the difference between a home services agency and a general marketing agency?
A home services agency works only with contractors. It knows how to run Local Services Ads, how seasonal demand shifts your budget, and how to connect a phone call to a closed job in your CRM. A general agency splits its attention across many industries.
Do I own my website and ad accounts?
You should. Ask every agency directly, and get the answer in writing. At Elevated Audience, you own everything: your website, analytics, Search Console, ad accounts, call data, and every asset we produce.
